The AI engines behind the platform
Every plan runs on a set of purpose-assigned AI engines. Each engine is identified by its engine code, carries its own credit allowance on your plan, and has a defined role — drafting, review, analysis, live data. The pages below set out, engine by engine, the legal and business work each one is built for.

AI Council Mode
Council Mode puts one question to several engines at once. The chair engine gathers the current facts first, each selected engine answers independently on that shared brief, and the chair then delivers a single consensus answer — with the points of agreement, the points of disagreement and a confidence score shown alongside every individual reply. No engine sits twice in one council.
- Included on the Council plan.
- Available on Enterprise Intelligence at three times the standard credit rate per council run.
- Runs with two to five engines per question — you choose which sit on the council.
Extra credits, when you need them
Credits top up in blocks of one million at a flat £10 per million — the price is the same whichever engine your plan runs on. One credit is one word of the engine's reply, and a top-up is placed on your plan's core engine. Top-ups are bought from your dashboard.
| Block | What you get | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 1 million credits | 1,000,000 words of reply | £10 |
| 2 million credits | 2,000,000 words of reply | £20 |
| 3 million credits | 3,000,000 words of reply | £30 |
| 4 million credits | 4,000,000 words of reply | £40 |
| 5 million credits | 5,000,000 words of reply | £50 |
Larger blocks continue at £10 per million. Council runs on Enterprise Intelligence deduct at three times the standard rate.
Using your own API key
Businesses and users who need to run the platform on their own provider API key — for billing, procurement or data-governance reasons — can do so by arrangement. Raise a support ticket from your dashboard telling us which engines you need, and we will set it up with you.
All engines produce drafts and analysis for a qualified person to review. Nothing on this platform is legal advice, and engine availability on each plan is as stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
