8. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy

  • optional consultation bookings

Digital downloads are typically non-refundable once accessed.
Refunds follow UK consumer regulations.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

Dogetlawyer.com's maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by the user, up to a maximum of £10—even if multiple documents or services were used.

By using the platform, you agree that:

  • AI may generate incorrect or incomplete information

  • You must check all important details

  • We are not liable for financial loss, consequential loss, or reliance-based damages

  • No accuracy, completeness, or suitability is guaranteed

  • The £10 compensation limit applies in all situations

This applies to all legal theories including negligence, contract, and statutory duties.

10. Intellectual Property

All templates, content, branding, and AI-generated structures belong to Dogetlawyer.com.
Users receive a non-exclusive licence to use generated documents for personal or internal business purposes only.

Resale, redistribution, or commercial reuse is prohibited.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

12. Prohibited Use

13. Suspension & Termination

  • Terms are breached

  • fraud or abuse is detected

  • the platform is misused

14. Changes to These Terms

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Before pursuing any legal claim, the user must:

  2. Allow Dogetlawyer.com 21 working days to respond and attempt resolution

  3. If unresolved, the user may request Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through an independent mediator

  4. Court action may only be taken after:

    • written notice

    • completion of the 21 working day period

    • ADR has been offered

Jurisdiction:

  • England & Wales users → laws of England & Wales

  • Scotland users → Scots law

  • Northern Ireland users → NI law

  • Republic of Ireland users → ROI law
